Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week, also known as PFEW, is a five-day business camp held in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
This camp is for sophomores and juniors, so if you are interested in business or just a fun getaway to meet new people, then this program is definitely for you.
Students from all over the state of Pennsylvania come together to run a manufacturing company during the week. All of the groups will be learning how to finance, manage and advertise their companies and compete to win a top prize.
Everyone is split up into four weeks. Week one is June 28th- July 3rd, week two is July 5th- July 10th, week three is July 19th- July 24th, and week four is July 26th- July 31st.
Kenzie Knight, a PFEW participant and Corry junior, said, “It was really fun, and I got to meet a lot of new people and I learned a lot about the marketing and financial side of business.”
