It’s that time of year where the sun is out, fields are clear of snow, and cleats are brought out of retirement. Spring sports season is here.
Corry High School has three spring sports: softball, baseball, and track & field. All spring sports practices officially started Monday, March 3. The various different sports don’t have games or meets for some time but are getting back into the groove with practices.
The girls softball team has their first scrimmage at home against Cambridge Springs on Wednesday, March 12. Their game of the season is home against Fort LeBoeuf on Wednesday, March 19th.
The boys baseball team has their first scrimmage at home against Eisenhower also on Wednesday, March 12. Their first game is against Erie High on Wednesday, March 19th.
The boys and girls track and field teams are away against Meadville on Tuesday, April 1st. Their first invitational is on Friday, April 4, at General McLane.
