Have you watched “K-Pop Demon Hunters” yet? Well, If you haven’t, I’ll give you a run down about it. “K-Pop Demon Hunters” is an hour-long animation movie that is about K-Pop girl singers, Huntrix, who lead double lives as demon Hunters; they face off against a rival boy band, The Saja Boys, who are actually demons.
In my opinion, the movie was pretty good. I loved all the songs and characters. My favorite song from the movie would probably be “Takedown” and “Idol”; “Takedown” was sung by Huntrix and “Idol” was sung by the Saja Boys. I liked all the songs but those ones stuck out to me.
For my favorite character it would be Jinu because in the movie he is super funny and the person who voiced him had a good singing voice, which made the character even better. I would have to say that the plot and the overall casting was good. The voice actors seemed to match the character that they were given to voice perfectly.
There were lots of themes and messages throughout the movie like, “Don’t let someone control you over your fears.” With messages like this I think It would be inspiring to such people who struggle with these things.
For something I disliked about the movie, it would be the ending. Don’t worry, I’m not going to spoil it, but I strongly disliked the ending. I believe they should make a second one just because of the ending.
This movie is definitely something I would recommend to those who are reading this. It’s appropriate for all ages even if you think you are too old. This movie will make you sing the songs non-stop and maybe even watch it more than twice.
Overall, I thought “K-Pop Demon Hunters” was a great movie. I would rate this movie 4/5 stars.
