On Friday, March 22, Corry High is hosting their annual Spring semester Blood Drive. The blood drive will go from 8:45 a.m.-1:30 p.m. This is no ordinary blood drive, though. Every Corry High donor will automatically be entered to win your choice gaming system or a $500 Mastercard Gift Card.
Sign ups for the blood drive are during lunch periods A and C. When you sign up to donate, on the day of your donation complete a QuickPass. Donors must be at least 17 years old or 16 if they have parental consent, they have to weigh at least 110 pounds, they can’t have gotten any tattoos or piercings in the past three months, and in general they must be in good health.
The donor must have food in their system before donating. Donors also need their photo ID with them when they go to get their blood drawn. If students have additional questions, see School Counselor Mrs. Dow.
