My thoughts on freshman year weren’t as horrible as I thought it would be. People make freshman year sound so bad, but it really isn’t. Things I heard about freshman year were that you would be bullied or made fun of, but I feel that was the complete opposite for me.

Some of my favorite things about being a freshman were the activity day. I really enjoyed seeing everybody enjoy the nice weather and having fun. Another thing I enjoyed about freshman year was making new friends or talking to people I didn’t really know.

A word for all the young students who are coming to high school in the next few years: don’t worry about freshman year being horrible because its not, at least for me it wasn’t. Enjoy high school while it lasts because before you know it you’ll be getting your diploma. So make new friends, show your personality, and enjoy life.
