For the past couple of weeks, students and teachers have been gathering supplies and preparing to decorate their holiday doors. On Friday last week, they chose which doors were the winners.

The best overall door was Mrs. Adamski and Mr. Bailey’s (girls locker room door). Mrs. Turben had the most comical door, Mrs. Davies had the most unique door, and Mrs. McKuhn had the most artistic door. The overall winner received a donut party today.

Some of my personal favorites were Mrs. Happoldt’s door, I love how they put her face on everything it was very funny, Mr. Lewis because it was not only artistic but also funny with his own face being on it, and finally Mrs. Jackman’s door, because her face was on the skeleton  and I loved the tree on the door as well.

Overall,  I think everyone did an amazing job decorating the doors. I think it really brings everyone together in good spirit before we all depart for our own holidays at home. I also think it is a good way to express and use our sense of artistry that we all have. I hope everyone has an amazing Christmas and a happy holidays.
