You may know Rylan from seeing him in the newspaper. You may have heard of him from his recent achievement of scoring 1000 points in a high school basketball career. You may only know him from sports, but outside of athletics, Rylan is a very interesting person.

Rylan, born on September 10, 2005, is a well-known Corry athlete. From football to basketball, he is great at everything he does. Rylan plans on going to Penn State Behrend to continue his basketball career farther and also study to become a software engineer.

Some of Rylan’s favorite things include his two dogs (chocolate lab and dachshund), chicken wings, music, math, and his family (Mom, dad, two sisters, one brother). Rylan explained to me his extreme love for his dogs, and said that dogs are his favorite animal. He also explains that the best chicken wing is a flat dry ranch wing.

Rylan said that he likes to listen to “Redbone” by Childish Gambian because it is a good song. Rylan is a very cool guy when you get to know him, and he is way more than just an athlete.
