Mr. Potocki is a Corry High School graduate, who now works here as a freshman physical science teacher. Potocki went to Corry all throughout school and later attended both Clarion and Gannon University.
He was born July 1, 1975 (hence the prehistoric bit) and growing up he was very interested in playing the guitar, hockey, and golf. Even now Mr. Potocki plays golf, and he wishes to one day be able to vacation in Scotland to play golf and hang out with his family. Some sports he has played throughout his life thus far are football, basketball, track and field, baseball, golf, hockey, and even volleyball. Mr. Potocki has one sibling, an older sister.
When Mr. Potocki was younger, he wanted to be either an aerospace engineer or a teacher/coach. He said that both of his parents were teachers, his dad also being a science teacher, and he saw how they enjoyed their jobs and thought it to be “pretty cool.”
Some of Potocki’s favorite things are:
Song: “Mr. Brightside” by The Killers
Movie: “Star Wars”
Color: Orange
Food: Tacos
Quote: “Man In The Arena” from Teddy Roosevelt
Potocki hates when people mistreat others, and wants everyone to always be kind.
