On Sunday, this year’s headline of the Super Bowl LX halftime show was Puerto Rican artist Bad Bunny. Coming off of an amazing run of awards earned from his album “DTMF,” including three different Grammys, Bad Bunny performed under high expectations.

The performance was set on a stage that looked like a small Latino community, having a bodega and street carts all over the set. Bad Bunny waltzed around the maze of tall grass to perform many of his most popular songs, including “Titi Me Preguento,” “EoO,” “NEUVAYoL,” “Manaco” and the title track of his album “DTMF.”
Bad Bunny also brought out another popular Latino singer, Ricky Martin, to perform and answered the controversy of him being only Spanish-speaking by bringing out Lady Gaga to perform her hit single “Die With a Smile.” This was a statement against those begging Apple Music to change the performer to an English-speaking singer and also gave him time to switch outfits during Gaga’s performance.
After the performance, he explained that America was a collective of all the countries from both American continents, summarizing his performance into a theme of unity. The performance closed with Bad Bunny dancing out of the stadium with a crowd of people singing his hit song “DTMF,” ending the performance in a beautiful fashion.
