“Yellowjackets” is a thriller series that started streaming on November 14, 2021, and as of today there are two full seasons out and a new season currently airing.

The show starts with a high school soccer team heading to nationals and their plane crashes, leaving them stranded in the woods for about 19 months. In this show it captures moments from their time in the woods to present time.

In my opinion, Misty is the best character in this show. She is very crazy, but I think that’s what makes the show entertaining. When the plane crashed, Misty took the emergency transmitter and broke it so they couldn’t get help. At that moment, I was shocked and that’s when I knew she was going to be my favorite.

My favorite moment of “adult” Misty is when she was capturing someone in her basement because they were investigating what happened in the woods. Another part in the show that was shocking was when Misty pushed Crystal off of the cliff to prevent her from telling the other girls that Misty destroyed the “black box.”

I think Sammi Hanratty, who plays “young” Misty, and Christina Ricci, who plays “adult” Misty, do a phenomenal job playing this role because they look alike and they have played “crazy” roles such as Misty before, so they have experience with it. In my opinion this is what makes Misty the best “Yellowjackets” character.
