“The Life Of Pie” is about a boy who lives in Toronto with his mom, dad and brother. While he lives there he has discovered many different religions and believes them all. His family also lives in a zoo with a lion named Richard Parker.Years later his family decides to move to Canada so they take the animals with them on the boat, but on the way there his ship gets caught in a devastating storm and it ends up killing his family and he is now stuck on a lifeboat with a lion, hyena, orangutan, and zebra trying to survive.

“The Life Of Pie” was actually a good movie. The actors who played PI did a really good job when PI was on the lifeboat trying to survive making it almost seem real. I really enjoyed the plot because a PI stuck on a lifeboat in the middle of the ocean trying to survive is a good reason to keep people on their seats, and there are even a couple jump scares to make it even more suspenseful.

After watching the movie and thinking about it I believe that anyone who likes suspenseful or action movies will really enjoy it just mainly because of the plot. But for anyone who doesn’t like those types of movies probably won’t like this movie. Overall I really enjoyed this movie and I would recommend this, and I would watch it again. So I will rate this a 4 out of 5.
