Elijah Canaday, born on August 10, 2011, is a student-athlete here at the Corry Middle-High School. He is currently in seventh grade, and just two years ago he was living in Harbor Creek where he was raised. While in Harbor Creek, he attended Rolling Ridge Elementary School. He has two brothers, Deion Canady and Andre Henderson, who are 15 and 18 respectively.

Eli’s current hobbies consist of playing basketball. When asked about his favorite things, he said his favorite movie is “Hotel Transylvania 3,” his favorite song is “All Girls are the Same” by Juice Wrld, his favorite color is black because he is “emo sometimes”, and his favorite emotion is happy. He said that his favorite quote is, “With great power comes great responsibility” by Uncle Ben in Spider-Man.

He also said his favorite class was in 5th grade with Mrs. West as His teacher. He said that his favorite meal would consist of fried chicken, watermelon, and purple Kool-Aid. His ideal vacation would consist of going to the beach and swimming in the ocean in 90 degree weather. Despite this, he said his favorite place to travel to would be Disney Land. He also answered that his perfect date would be, “First go to a movie, then go to an ice cream shop.”
