In only a few weeks after Seattle’s Super Bowl 60 win, the off-season has begun, which means resigning and trades can happen again. So far there have been two major trades and a bunch of people that got cut, and even an early retirement. So far, this off-season has shown to be really interesting as some of the trades could potentially make the Rams the most powerful team going into next year.

First, the Rams traded a first round pick, fifth-round pick, sixth-round pick, and a next year third-round pick for the Chiefs corner back Trent McDuffie. This trade is basically the piece the Rams need to win the Super Bowl as that was the only reason they lost in the NFC Championship against the Seattle.

The other trade was Lions running back David Montgomery for Texans offensive lineman Juice Scruggs, a fourth-round pick, and a next year seventh-round pick. As of right now there this will help out the Texans a lot as their defense was the best in the league this year but their offense was lackluster. As of right now there is no way to tell who won each trade as both have draft picks, so next year will determine who won the trades.

Now there are a bunch of people who got released already as well. The main players consist of Kirk Cousins, Stefon Diggs, Tyreek hill, and Bradley Chubb. Additionally, the Bears center has retired at the age of 27, which was a surprise.
