A question that does not really have an answer to it is are there more doors or wheels on the planet? So what is there more of? Well I can confidently say that there are more wheels in the world than there are doors.
Both doors and wheels are extremely common to find: take cars as an example. For the most part each car will have four doors and a trunk door, but each car only has four wheels. But then you have to factor in the fact that there are cars with eight, 12, or maybe even 18 wheels while only have four or maybe even two doors depending on the type of vehicle. Then you have to factor in other motorized vehicles like busses where there are more wheels than there are doors pretty much always.
Another example would be the items within a house, but what is in a house normally? Well, the average house contains between 10 and 20 doors. But how many wheels are in a house on average? Well, that is a lot harder to calculate compared to doors because there are almost always more wheels in a household. A typical household could contain tens of hundreds of wheels per house as there are wheels in certain furniture, certain toys, and even door knobs and door handles, as they turn by a wheel and axle.
So, what is the solution to this endless debate? Well, the answer is complicated as there is no possible way to count every door and every wheel in the world. Rather, perhaps a solution would be to average the amount of doors and wheels for a whole city and then use those numbers to determine a final answer.
