George Pickens
The Pittsburgh Steelers just made a trade with the Dallas Cowboys on May 7, but who were the winners and who were the losers?
The Cowboys acquired George Pickens, a standout wide receiver the past few seasons and a sixth round pick. On the other side of things, the Steelers got a third round pick and fifth round pick.
After looking at what the two teams got out of this trade, I can confidently say that the Cowboys overall win this trade. The Steelers gave up a young, talented wide receiver that was still on his rookie contract. In my opinion, gaining a third round pick was terrible because in the third round of the draft that guy could possibly become a key piece to a team, but most likely will become a backup.
