For this article I wanted to spread my knowledge about music and wanted to share my thoughts on what are the best music genres to listen to. 

10. Heavy Metal/Rock – this is my least favorite because I don’t like the screaming and it’s just too much it hurts my ears to listen to. 

9. Jazz- this is placed here because when I think of jazz I just think of going to bed and it doesn’t really stand out to me like the others.

8. Blues  – I would give this 8th because it is too slow and it sounds the same every time I hear a song like that. It only sounds good once in a great while.

7. Opera/Classical – I have this on 7th because some music is okay to listen to but it’s not something I would listen to every day and I know there is better. 

6. Grunge – I think this spot is a good fit because some songs sound really nice and it gives a good vibe, but then there are others that are not as interesting. 

5. Country – I put country here because it’s not my favorite genre because I need more upbeat songs and these all sound the same to me and I feel like you can’t jam out to them unless you’re by a bonfire. 

4. ‘80s – I like this genre because I still listen to old songs and this era is the one I go back to the most and the one I most enjoy.

3. R&B – I love listening to this most of my playlist involves R&B, I love how catchy each song is and it really makes my head bop.

2. Hip-Hop – This is my second favorite because most of the people I listen to are hip and it is the most common genre there is and such a variety as well.

1. K-POP – Now this though is my all-time favorite. I listen to this genre day and night and I love so many groups and actually learn from the songs a little bit of their language which is really cool.
