From weekend morning cartoons to after-school cartoons, TV played a significant role in many people’s childhoods. Countless hours were spent staring at the TV, sucked in to watching cartoons. This list explores my personal  favorite 10 shows that I watched as a child.

10. Tom & Jerry – This is 10 on my list because I never found much entertainment in this show. I always thought it was boring and pretty pointless.

9. Scooby-Doo, Where are you! – Scooby-Doo was also not my favorite cartoon. I would watch it if it was on, but I would never choose to watch it if there was other options.

8. Fairly Odd Parents – Fairly Odd Parents is okay. It has a lot to it, but it was never near my favorites.

7. Peppa Pig – I kind of like Peppa pig and I kind of don’t. I prefer a lot of shows over it but it was a great show to watch sometimes. I also liked how many different animals were in the show.

6. Daniel Tiger – I really liked this show because there were catchy songs for so many situations and I like music. Also I love how many different animals and humans interact in the show.

5. Bubble Guppies – I really loved mermaids when I was little and the ocean. I thought it was really cool how they had an underwater world.

4. Sofia the First – As a little kid I loved princesses and royalty. I loved how she was able to talk to animals and I always wished I could do that.

3. Dora the Explorer – I loved watching Dora because she was very adventurous and I got to learn some Spanish when I watched it.

2. Team Umizoomi – I really enjoyed this show because I always thought it was entertaining. I also enjoyed how it was interactive and the characters asked the watchers questions.

1. SpongeBob SquarePants – This is my all-time favorite cartoon, and I will still watch SpongeBob to this day. I have heard so many kids that were not allowed to watch this, but I couldn’t have gone without it.
