Growing up, my dad was an Oklahoma fan as he lived in Oklahoma for part of his life and actually almost ran track at the university. In my lifetime, I slowly started to like the Sooners myself. I have seen great athletes come and go and make their way to the pros. Whether they panned out or not, watching these athletes at Oklahoma was electrifying.
