“Minecraft” is a game that no one could ever replicate. It’s truly one of a kind and is probably one of the most famous games of the past two decades. With the game releasing in May of 2009, “Minecraft” exploded with popularity and the game was selling out in every video game store imaginable. “Minecraft” is unique because its all block based, everything you see around you is in block form. There is a variety of things that you can do on “Minecraft,” from mining in the ground to slaying the Enderdragon in the End.
There’s two ways you can play the game and that’s in creative and survival. Either option will make you spawn randomly on an island, and from there our abilities are limitless. In survival, mobs such as zombies, skeletons, and spiders come out at night and can make it harder to get throughout the game. In creative, the mobs still exist, it’s just they can’t do any damage to you. There is a way to get rid of the mobs by simply going to settings and turning the mob option off. Survival is more of a thrill-seeking option and creative is just you and your imagination.
“Minecraft” has had some highs and some lows, but to this day “Minecraft” is seen as a game of popularity and fun. It’s a generational game where friends can come together and build absolutely whatever they want. There may be games out there that are similar but nothing comparable to “Minecraft.” “Minecraft” is truly worth the money because you will simply always play it. You may get bored of the game, but in a month you will love it again.
