Whether you’re driving staring at the open road ahead wondering what beautiful landscapes you will confront, or you’re chilling in the back seat listening to music, road trips are the greatest! But no matter the circumstance, after traveling for hours on end you can always use a nice snack. Snacks are the most crucial part of a road trip! And since this is such an opinionated, controversial and serious subject, I just had to get to the bottom of it in order to determine the best road trip snacks. I asked exactly twenty-seven people around Corry High School their opinions. Their responses are as listed:
Jazmine Wegmiller – Pizza Combos
Officer Bayhurst – Sweet Tart Ropes
Lucas Baker – Doritos
Hunter Rodkin – Mangoes
Gary FitzPatrick – Snickers
Levi Merril – beef steak
Porter Kafferlin – Peanut Butter M&M’s
Ryker Palczer – Pringles
Ms. Carey – Nerds (Gummy Cluster)
Grant Adams – Chips
Wyatt Swan – Starbursts
Kayden Williams – Chex Mix
Ms. Seggi – Twizzlers
Marcus Meredith – Reese’s Cups or Hostess Donettes
Steven Willis – White Cheddar Cheez-Its
Joseph Johnston – Impulsively purchased overpriced item(s) at a gas station
Keaton Frisina – Doritos
Mr. Bailey – Chips
Olivia Gilland – Beef Jerky
Emry Passinger – Cheez-Its
Nolan White – Almonds
Landon Deane – Mint chocolate donuts
Ms. Pound – Sour Patch Kids (Watermelons), Sour Cream and Onion Pringles, cashews, and unsweetened tea
Luke Littlefield – grilled cheese
Mrs. Thier – Mentos
Nick Lesher – Beef Jerky
Ms. Fisher – Peanut M&M’s
All good choices! As a matter of fact I actually used some of your answers for a road trip this past week. I have to say, glad Chex Mix is getting some love! Peanut M&M’s are a classic, and I tried some Pizza Combos – they are THE BEST! So, try some of these snacks out next time you’re on a road trip! Go clear out some gas station shelves Corry!
