The end of the first quarter is here! Wow, can you believe that we only have three more to go? Since it is the end of the quarter students want to make sure they are getting all their assignments turned in and projects done. No one wants to end a quarter with a bad grade in any class. It also helps if you focus and get all your assignments turned in on time throughout the quarter, so you are not jammed with a whole bunch of work at the end of the quarter.
A way to help you keep your grade up is to turn in your assignment before the due date. If you wait until the due date it can maybe cause you to panic and not do your assignment right. Another thing you can do to keep your grade up is if you don’t finish something in class, take the extra time out of your day to finish it. It doesn’t matter if it’s at home, during lunch, or free time in class. I promise that if you do it, you will have a great outcome for your future grades.
By having quarters or deadlines (due dates) it can also help prepare students for the future because when they get a job and they have to have their assignments turned in, their boss probably isn’t going to give them more time to work on them. That’s why its important to master turning in assignments on time. And remember, there are only 135 days left of school!
