Recently, I watched John Trank’s adaptation of “Fantastic 4” from 2015, and this might be one of the worst superhero movies I have ever seen.

The story was not good at all; I wasn’t a fan of really anything in this movie. The main things that I disliked in this movie were the corny little jokes, the chemistry between the characters, and the overall plot of this story.

To go into depth about why I disliked certain things, I really did not like the type of comedy in this movie. It was corny and very unfunny. The ending of the movie had to have been one of the worst endings to a movie I have ever witnessed, and that is not an understatement.  I’m very glad that there is a new movie of this fantastic group coming out because it looks really good just from previews and casting so far.

If there was one thing that I actually enjoyed about this movie, it has to be the casting. Michael B. Jordan playing the Human Torch was honestly the one bright spot in this film.

I would highly suggest that if you are wanting to watch a superhero movie, and if you are a fan of the Fantastic 4, then you should not touch this movie and go watch the 2004 adaptation.

If I had to give this movie a ranking, I would give it a very low 2/5 stars.
