On Sunday, October 6, at 7:00 p.m., The Stevens Family came and put on a free show for anyone who wished to attend at the Corry Alliance Church.
The Stevens Family is a traveling music ministry who use the Gospel as inspiration to write their songs. They consist of a mother, father, and daughter. They have also gone to many of the states and even other countries.
They were a very good singing group. During the show they each had their own time to shine with solos or just songs written about someone else and sung just by one person. Almost all of their songs are original, so they would explain why they wrote some of their songs before they sang them.
Some of the songs they sang were “Special Unspoken Request,” “Hope in Christ,” “Standing On The Promises” and many more. They were very well organized and they were never in the same spot. They were either sitting, standing, dancing, or playing the piano. The only complaint that I have was I wished the concert was longer.
I believe that any Christian would like The Stevens Family, and I would definitely go and see them again. So if they are in your town go and see The Stevens Family.
