It is officially homecoming week, which comes along with so many different homecoming events. The parade, assembly, football game, and finally the dance.
The parade is on Thursday, September 19 at 6 P.M., the parade will have many floats featuring local businesses, charities, sports teams, the homecoming court, and many more. The parade will start at the high school and drive through town down Center Street and end at the Primary School on Right Street.
The Pep Assembly is on Friday, September 20, during the last two periods of the day. The assembly is for grades nine through twelve. There will be games, a senior entrance, and other fun activities. During the assembly, the homecoming court will walk around the gym with their escorts.
Friday is game day! The homecoming football game will start at 7 P.M. on Friday, September 20. The homecoming coronation will take place at half time, where we will find out who the 2024-25 homecoming King and Queen will be. Prior to the game there will be the annual tailgate, which will offer food and drinks to the community.
Finally, the day every high school student is waiting for, Saturday. The homecoming dance starts at 7 P.M. and will last until 11. Your tickets will be taken at the door, so you need a ticket in order to be let into the dance. There will be snacks and drinks for sale during the dance as well.
