2024 Decision Day

The second annual Decision Day

Friday, May 3, was the second annual Decision Day assembly for the Corry Beavers.

Decision Day is a day to honor and recognize the soon-to-be graduating seniors. If they are going to further their education at college, join an armed force, or join the work force. Each student who chose to be a part of the assembly had their plans announced as they walked across the stage in front of their classmates.

All students of ninth-12 gradeĀ  got to go and cheer for their peers, and the parents of participating seniors were also welcomed to join and support their kids.

There was also a signing ceremony for the six seniors who will be continuing both their academic and athletic careers into college: Levi Ehrhart, Allie Goodwill, Taylor Moats, Mackenzie Spence, Alyssa Burlew, and Hallie Graves. Each student announced where they were going to school and what sport they chose to play. As well as a speech thanking the most important people in their lives.

This is an amazing opportunity for the seniors of Corry High School to share their plans for after they graduate in just a month, and allow their loved ones to support them as they do so.
