Corry Middle School Volleyball takes on Girard

On Monday, the Corry girls middle school played against Girard. The eighth grade team started at 4 p.m. and then the seventh grade team followed. The overall record for the eighth grade team is 8-4. Then the overall record for the seventh grade team is 12-0.

Both teams pulled out a double sweep against Girard. The score for the eighth grade team first set was 25-13 and for the second set it was 25- 13 again. The score for the seventh grade team for the first set was 25-17 and for the second set it was 25-22. This was the Corry’s last home match for the season.

They play again on Thursday for their last match of the season away against Erie East. The eighth grade team plays in an end of the year tournament at FLB this weekend to close their season.
