“Which music streaming platform is better?” We all know that this has been a forever argued over topic amongst teenagers for the longest time. Between Spotify and Apple Music, both apps are used for the same thing, but one is just significantly better. And that is the beloved Apple Music. Apple music originated from iTunes, which was released on January 9, 2001. It wasn’t until five years later that Spotify was brought into the equation.
Being an avid Apple Music listener, I believe that it is an extremely convenient app. Especially for iPhone users: 57.93% of the United States owns iPhones and nowadays music is evolving extremely fast. People who just want to listen to music usually gravitate toward Spotify, but the downside is that you can only skip songs a total of five times. Now Spotify Premium has come to the light, but it is also $10.99 a month, which allows unlimited skips. Apple Music remains at a similar price, but there is also a student plan, which is five dollars less, which is extremely convenient for teenagers.
Apple music is also more aesthetically pleasing. It has better quality as well as more exclusive features such as music videos, shows, and broadcast radios. Apple also has a spatial audio feature that creates an astounding experience for listeners. It can feel like you are in the same room as your favorite artists and you are able to connect with the music a lot better. Apple Music also allows you to listen to music offline while with Spotify, you can only use the “offline mode” if you have a premium subscription.
Apple Music allows listeners to connect with the music that they are listen to. It is also more aesthetically pleasing for iPhone users. I definitely recommend trying out Apple Music for even a small amount of time to get acquainted with one of the best music streaming services known to man.
