Most everybody has a favorite football team. Even if you do not watch football, most people still like a team, even if it is a family member’s favorite team or a friend’s. I went to as many classes as possible to get everyone’s vote on what their favorite team is. From teachers to sixth graders, I polled about five people from each class to ask them which team they would choose. When I went to all the classes I gave everyone the choices of Cleveland Browns, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Philadelphia Eagles. For the people that do not like all three of those teams, I gave them the choice of “Other.” That was a big hit. Mostly everyone picked the Steelers or Other. The Browns and Eagles were not a favorite for many people. All together I collected 100 people and got them to vote for their favorite team. And these were the results:
Cleveland Browns – 4%
Philadelphia Eagles – 12%
Other – 40%
Pittsburgh Steelers – 44%
