Head Coach Goodwill said, “I thought overall it went well. I was a little frustrated early on because we gave them 14 points due to defensive penalties and big kick returns once we fixed mistakes. I thought we played very well. We cleaned things up and played tough and executed.”

When asked what the key to winning against Girard Goodwill said, “Executing the game plan, and playing team defense. We really played as a team for the first four quarters of the game.”

The Beavers face Fort LeBoeuf on Friday, October 20, and it’s also Senior night for the football players, cheerleaders, and band. When asked what his expectations are for the Fort LeBoeuf game this Friday Goodwill answered with, “The same if we come with the same focus as we did against Girard. FLB is beatable nice to end with a win.”
