The most common pets for people nowadays are dogs or cats. A lot of people debate on which is better, cats or dogs. While it is largely personal preference, people still debate which is better. Some people love cats, and some people love dogs. In my personal opinion, dogs are better.

Dogs are more loyal, easier to train, and better to have around the house. With cats you have to buy them so much stuff like a litter box and toys. But with a dog all you need is to train them to go outside to go to the bathroom and a stick or ball to keep them entertained. Dogs also show more affection towards humans and their owners. Also, dogs are better with little kids because dogs are protective and cats aren’t.

Personally, I believe that dogs are a better choice of a pet than a cat. I feel like there is a reason why people say dogs are a man’s best friend. I feel like dogs show you that they love you and they want your attention. I do still like cats and I think that cat people aren’t wrong for liking cats more. I just think that dogs are a better pet and prefer them.
