When it comes down to which education learning environment is the best for students to learn, I think it would be homeschooling over public school.

I believe this because homeschooling allows students to learn at their own pace, receive one on one attention, and explore subjects they are actually interested in. It also provides a safer learning environment, the ability to educate a students unique type of learning style, and it gives them a more flexible schedule, especially for those teens who have jobs.

Meanwhile, in public schools they are filled with children, which means students get less individual attention and teachers don’t meet everyone’s needs. In addition, because public schools have so many kids in one environment, it opens a door to bullying, peer pressure, and negative social influences. With homeschooling, there’s no fear of such things.

Public schools as well must follow standardized subjects and testing  requirements. Because standardized test scores affect funding and evaluations, some schools focus more on test prep that meaningful learning or critical thinking. This is why I am of the opinion that homeschooling is the best form of education.
