Thirty students were asked two questions about energy drinks. Even though it is well-known energy drinks are bad for you, it is not hard to find many teens drinking them on a regular basis. Even to an unhealthy and harmful point.
When asked their favorite energy drink brands, 33% of students polled said their favorite brand is Red Bull, 36% said their favorite brand is Monster, 16% claimed their favorite brand is Alani, and 13% of students said Celcius is their go-to brand. So it is rather obvious Red Bull and Monster are the most popular out of the questioned students.
When the same students were asked what kind of energy drink flavor was their favorite, 33% said the brands “original” or “normal” flavor, 23% said they prefer and orange flavor, 20% said they like a berry flavor, 16% said mango was a good option, and 6% claimed grape as their favorite flavor. As you can see, fruitier flavors are more popular than other flavors, but students still prefer original flavors.
