Overthinking kills your peace, litterly! It can ruin your fun or day, and it causes stress and worry over nothing.
Your brain is taking your problem, or your fight I should say, and making it into a war. If you ever find yourself in a spot where you are overthinking, do something to help bring you peace like yoga, reading, running, swimming, or anything else that can clear your brain. Some people think that if they can think of everything, they can be prepared for the worst, but that’s not so in a lot of cases.
To help yourself from overthinking in the first place, just don’t think. You just need to know that what’s going to happen is going happen. God would not put you in a situation he knew you wouldn’t be able to handle.
Just think, a year from now everything will be totally different and I bet you won’t even think about the problem you had on this day. You just need to have confidence in yourself and believe that you can beat your problem!
