I believe that cursive should be taught all throughout your journey of school. They should start in second grade, like usual, and then continue teaching, and practicing, throughout middle and high school. There is no reason they needed to stop teaching it, especially since you will use cursive almost every day. You use cursive when you sign documents, and you’ll have to sign things all the time as you get older.
I have seen multiple high school students who have said that they don’t know how to do cursive, and that’s just not right. They will have to teach themselves because schools don’t take the time anymore to teach you, and let you practice your cursive skills.
Cursive should be taught, and practiced in school again because everyone needs to know how to write like that. It makes things look more professional and neat. Everyone needs to start practicing their cursive again, so that way you can use it more often, and it will be easier to write it, and read it.
