Everyone loves music. It doesn’t matter if it’s lyrical, instrumental, or even just a good beat. I am going to give you my top 10 song choices, 10 being my least favorite and one being favorite.
10. “Dirt Cheap” – Cody Johnson. I just love this song so much. If you sit down and listen to the words, they can impact you and maybe change how you see life.
9. “Where the Wild Things Are”- Luke Combs. This song is kind of sad, but I really love Luke’s voice and how he writes his music. You can tell he puts thought into every word that he writes down and how he sings them.
8. “I’m Not Pretty” – Megan Moroney. Megan’s whole album is so good, but this song in particular is my favorite because it shows that she’s the kind of person who doesn’t care what other people think, she does what she pleases and no one else.
7. “I Remember Everything” – Zach Bryan. In this song Zach duets with this amazing singer. Her name is Kacey Musgraves, and together their voices are just so in sync that it just relaxes me every time I hear this song.
6. “Shut Up And Fish” – Maddie & Tae. These two girls are just one of my favorite duo’s that sing and write together. In their songs they explain that they can do work themselves, they don’t need a man to rely on. They are also just two amazing independent women.
5. “It Must Be Love” – Alan Jackson. I really like Alan’s voice, and how he sings his songs. He puts a lot of time and effort into them. Alan is also a ’90s country singer so he has a little older style that I love.
4. “Mama’s Broken Heart” – Miranda Lambert. This is also another one of my favorites because she is another woman with a strong independent voice. Miranda is the type of person I would want to be close friends with because I would know she would always have my back.
3. “Me and My Kind” – Cody Johnson. I already have mentioned a song from him (# 10), but I feel like he describes a little bit of myself in this song. I also just really like his voice and how he writes his songs.
2. “Ashes” – Celine Dion. Celine’s voice is such an amazing thing for me to hear. If I listen to it helps me relax and maybe even fall asleep. I love how unique her voice is. She has a Canadian voice, so it’s very soothing and special to listen to.
1. “Things A Man Oughta Know” – Lainey Wilson. Lainey’s voice is the perfect way to describe a country/western accent. She has just enough southern in it to make it pop. I like to listen to it when I want to have a good time, or when I’m in a good mood.
