Yazan Al-Kafarneh, a 10-year-old boy with cerebral palsy, was murdered in Rafah, Gaza due to Israel’s blockade. He was in serious need of medical treatment and food, but just as everyone else struggling in Gaza, Yazan was denied help. His medical condition required him to take special supplements daily and had to follow a specific diet. None of this has been accessible to him since the start of the genocide, October 17.

Israel continues to bomb, attack, and murder the citizens of Gaza, killing over 30,000 people. It’s possible that there could be 7,000+ undocumented bodies, but because of all the rubble, they are unable to confirm. Yazan lost his life because Israel’s ongoing blockade of water, food, medical supplies, etc.. Everything a human needs to live has been taken from the people of Palestine.

When is enough, enough? Look at the posted image above. Yazan Al-Kafarneh was a child; a child who deserved better. It’s hard to look at, but this is the reality. How can people continue to support Israel when it’s obvious they are not the ones suffering? March 6, 2024 has this genocide going on day 152.

A ceasefire needs called now. Put an end to this genocide. Our voices are important so continue to use them.
