Michael Himes is a freshman in Corry Area High School. He moved here from Erie last year. Michael’s birthday is December 4. His favorite things to do are sports and building cars. The sports he likes to participate in are football, wrestling, and baseball.
Most people around school know Michael for his rapping. He hopes to one day be a rapper, but if that doesn’t happen he wants to go to college, then into the military. After his time in the military, Himes hopes to open his own car shop. In the future he would like to travel to “California ’cause I heard there were baddies there.” One thing Michael is excited for in the future is to travel to Florida for Christmas because he has never been to Florida before.
If Himes was to be stranded on an island and got to take three people he would take Teddy, Noah, and Brent. His favorite movie is “Halloween,” and his favorite song is “Deep End” by Sleepy Hollow.
When asked what a perfect date would be, Himes said, “A nice restaurant, and on the table there are candles, and just talking about life.”
Michael said the animal that would best match his personality is an alligator because he can swim and he’s vicious. Michael would like to leave his readers off with a piece of advice. “Never lie, to tell the truth, and to never lie like me, because I lie, all the time and I know you like you’re gonna screw up your life. If it’s you, you can change.”
