On Friday May 12, 2023, Corry High School will be hosting its annual prom at the Peek’n Peak Resort in Clymer, NY.

The theme of this years prom is “Disco Fever”, meaning you can expect to see lots of disco balls, fun lights, and shiny decor. The traditional parade will depart at 5:00, with prom King and Queen being coronated at 6:15. An Italian pasta dinner will follow at 7, with the dance proceeding from 8 to 11.

I asked prom director Mrs. Bennett how she was feeling about the upcoming event, and she said, “I am nervous about doing this for the first year but very excited to see all our hard work pay off!”

Student response is positive as well, with juniors and seniors excited for a night full of fun and flair.
