NBA fines Dallas Mavericks $750k

On Friday, the NBA announced that they are fining the Dallas Mavericks 750,000 dollars for  conduct detrimental to the league after resting healthy players such as superstar Luka Doncic for him only playing 13 minutes, in an elimination game against the Bulls on April 7.

The Mavericks entered that game against the Bulls with a small chance of making the play-in, and they needed to win against Chicago to keep on the same track with Oklahoma City Thunder for the number 10 spot out in the Western Conference.

However, when the injury report came out on the morning of April 7, the Mavericks listed Kyrie Irving out due to rest, as well as four key role players in Josh Green, Christian Wood, and Tim Hardaway, Jr. and Luka Doncic only played the first quarter
