The spotlight of this week will be focusing on Waylon H. Hayes who is a 14 year old boy. Waylon grew up in Corry, Pennsylvania and was born on September 5, 2008. He really only has one hobby that he enjoys and that would be playing music on his instrument called the tuba.

Waylon has one sister named Vonneece, who is 15 and another named Ashleigh, and she is currently 12. When asked what he would like to do when he grows up, he responded with “Either a truck driver or musician” and in addition to that he also said, “I would like to visit most of the United States.”

His favorite movie is “Stand By Me”, and his favorite band is the rock band Metallica. His pet peeve is slow walkers. He also thinks that a dog is the animal that describes him the best. To end it off he was asked what sports he played and he answered with ” Track and field and marching band.”
